It's time to start the process of scheduling your lessons. Please fill out the form below completely, and send the form using the submit button. I require that you give me at least four choices of times that you could do your lesson. I will do every thing I can to give you your first or second choice. Your lessons will be 30 minutes long once a week unless you have passed Sophomore Proficiency in which case they will be 60 minutes. I need to have this information from everyone by 9:00 p.m. Wednesday September 25th at the very latest. If you haven't responded to me by then I will assign you whatever spot is left. Please be sure to send me at least 4 time choices.

I have a very tight schedule this semester due the fact that four teachers share one studio. Please note that you can change your time request via email to me all the way up to 9:00 p.m. August 25th but after that I will have the schedule laid out and it will be difficult if not impossible to change your lesson time. Don't make the mistake of thinking that your lesson time is flexible and easy to change, if you rearrange your schedule without sending me an update by the deadline I (and the other instructors) might not have a time for you and you may find yourself having to drop your applied lessons for this semester.

There are no applied lessons during the first week of school. Applied lessons always begin in the second week of classes.
